Lowe’s India, a leading name in home improvement retail technology, is looking for a driven Associate Software Engineer to join our development team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will help translate business requirements into robust software solutions, work with modern development tools, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. You’ll gain hands-on experience while collaborating with senior engineers on impactful projects.

Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will:
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional code modules.
- Configure, build, test, and debug application or architectural components.
- Participate in core module development, code reviews, and system transitions.
- Ensure successful deployment of applications in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Follow company-wide coding standards and agile development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the implementation of modern frontend, middleware, or database solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing updates and discussing action items.
- Apply iterative software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Create technical documentation and ensure maintainability of code.
- Troubleshoot issues and refine solutions based on senior engineer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with agile SDLC implementations.
- 1 year of experience in technical documentation and system development.
- Experience in frontend (UI/UX), middleware (microservices, APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.
