BNY Mellon invites female engineering students to the 5th edition of Code Divas – a coding challenge offering ₹75K prizes and direct pathways to tech internships/full-time roles (₹17–22L PA). Compete remotely and showcase your skills in Java, Python, SQL, and problem-solving!
🚀 Challenge Overview
- Eligibility: Female engineering students (2025/2026/2027 batches).
- Registration: Feb 21–23, 2025 (2.5-hour Round 1).
- Prizes: Up to ₹75K gift vouchers + job offers at BNY.
- Job Roles: Software Developer (Pune/Chennai) with ₹17–22L compensation.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Batch: 2025, 2026, or 2027 graduates.
- Degree: BE/BTech in any discipline.
- Plagiarism: Strictly prohibited (disqualification applies).
🛠️ Challenge Format
Round 1: The Passionate Programmer
- Date: Feb 21–23, 2025 (flexible timing).
- Tasks: Solve 3 programming questions in 2.5 hours (language of choice).
- Goal: Test coding agility and logical thinking.
Round 2: The 10X Engineer (By Invitation Only)
- Tasks:
- 10 MCQs (CS fundamentals).
- 1 programming question (Java 8+/Python).
- 1 SQL question.
- Requirement: Webcam access for proctoring.
💰 Prizes
- Winner: ₹75K gift voucher.
- Runners-Up: ₹45K each.
- Second Runners-Up: ₹25K each.
- Consolation (10): ₹10K each.
💼 Job Opportunity: Software Developer
- Compensation: ₹17–22L per annum (based on performance).
- Locations: Pune & Chennai.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or GoLang.
- Knowledge of Spring, Angular, React.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
