🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain Customer Identity SaaS solutions.
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues for enterprise clients with ownership.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Build and optimize applications using Node.js, React.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Architect and enhance frontend systems with modern frameworks.
• Design, develop and secure REST APIs with OAuth2 security protocols.
• Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate APIs with providers like Okta and work with databases like MongoDB/DocumentDB.
• Ensure system security with a deep knowledge of HTTP, encryption, and authentication standards.
• Manage customer support tickets, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality service delivery.

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, Microservices.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js with solid Frontend Architecture expertise.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer or technical support environments.
• Strong understanding of REST API architecture, development, and API security.
• Experience with Okta integration (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with MongoDB/DocumentDB and database handling.
• Knowledge of microservices practices, MCP, A2A, AI Agents desirable.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; proactive mindset with ownership.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work in customer-facing scenarios.
