About This Role
As a Junior Frontend Engineer at Electrolux, you’ll grow into a strong contributor to our web development efforts while working in a fast-paced, high-energy digital product organization. You’ll collaborate across multiple Agile Release Trains on strategic initiatives that directly impact our global success, building modern, user-focused websites and applications.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to Development: Assisting in building and maintaining frontend components using modern technologies like React and Next.js
- Headless CMS Integration: Supporting the integration of content from headless CMS into user-facing applications
- Collaborative Growth: Working closely with senior engineers and designers to understand requirements and refine your skills
- Quality Focus: Writing clean, maintainable code while following team guidelines for development, testing, and documentation
- Team Participation: Joining stand-ups, code reviews, and planning sessions to build experience and contribute to team success
- Modern Web Development: Building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using latest frontend technologies

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of professional or project-based experience in frontend development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Familiarity with React and Next.js frameworks
- Strong communication skills and positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and develop real-world experience
- Ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Headless CMS platforms and content integration
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling
- Understanding of modern web development best practices
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of web performance optimization
