🧩 About the Role
As a Machine Learning Data Associate II on the North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) team, you will support the AI Ops MLDA team in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to automate, document, and optimize labor planning and compliance tasks. You’ll play a key role in expanding GenAI use cases and accelerating automation across Amazon’s North America Supply Chain (NASC) and Global Services Risk & Compliance (GSRC) operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using AI-powered tools
- Collaborate with SMEs to document processes, gather diverse work samples, and measure quality metrics
- Implement automation workflows with low-code/no-code AI platforms
- Use SQL and Python (AI-assisted) to develop and optimize analytics workflows
- Support team adoption of automation best practices through training and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional deployment and drive continuous process improvement
📘 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process documentation or automation
