🔧 What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor for new customers during their onboarding journey to the Databricks platform.
- Provide technical assistance to deploy Databricks into production environments.
- Become an expert in the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, guiding customers on optimal setup and adoption.
- Track, report, and manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver best practices, integrations, and scalable solutions.
- Help customers achieve success through technical consultation, demos, and knowledge sharing.
📚 Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of industry experience in cloud/data roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and ETL processes.
- Experience with data engineering/warehousing technologies such as Spark, Airflow, DBT, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Strong time-management, communication, and presentation skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning (MLflow/ML models).
- Exposure to building or deploying ML models in production.
- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics pipelines.
