🔧 Role Overview
HP is looking for a Software Developer with over 4 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET, C#, WPF, WCF, HTML5, JavaScript, and SQL databases. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of internal factory and backend software tools that improve operational efficiency and product delivery.
You’ll collaborate with global teams, adopt modern architecture patterns like MVVM, MVC, and SOA, and work in an agile environment to bring new ideas to life through innovative engineering.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software tools for HP’s global supply chain teams
- Contribute to cross-platform system design and architecture using industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for software quality and performance
- Identify and recommend emerging technologies and best practices for continuous improvement
- Estimate development efforts and contribute to product/tool strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver business value
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality code through unit and integration testing
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, WPF, WCF, JavaScript, HTML5
- Experience with SQL database design, cloud-based development, and SOA architecture
- Strong understanding of MVVM and MVC design patterns
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, version control, and software testing frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
