💼 About the Role
Dell’s Software Engineering team designs and develops software that supports platforms, peripherals, and applications for global enterprise customers. As a Software Engineer 1, you’ll contribute to building scalable, resilient, and secure systems using cutting-edge technologies and modern software engineering practices.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using a microservices-based architecture
- Build client-side applications using C, Go, and Python
- Develop rich, reusable GUI components using React.js
- Debug and resolve production issues, minimizing system downtime
- Keep pace with industry trends and actively contribute to innovation initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of database technologies and backend implementation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
