🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and specifications into logical, scalable program designs.
- Write effective, high-quality code with strong emphasis on best practices.
- Maintain code quality through JUnit and automated testing frameworks.
- Perform system and integration tests; ensure smooth deployments across environments.
- Support production rollouts and ensure product reliability.
- Drive cross-team communication & collaboration with partner teams.
- Validate and monitor application stability and performance.
📚 Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, OOP concepts, Data Structures & Design Patterns
- Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud or Micronaut
- REST APIs & Microservices Architecture
- Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (Postgres & MongoDB preferred)
- Hands-on with Jenkins/CI-CD tools (CircleCI, GoCD, etc.)
- Experienced in Test Automation (JUnit, Selenium, JMeter, etc.)
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and container tools like Kubernetes & Docker
- Messaging systems such as Kafka
- Strong communication skills, team player, and self-driven attitude
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- 2+ years’ industry experience in software development, including projects with full SDLC exposure
- 2+ years’ experience with database-driven applications
