🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the software development life cycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Build working knowledge of clinical and financial workflows relevant to healthcare systems.
- Run and evaluate software testing results, perform root cause analysis, and address issues.
- Provide input via code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and implement technical solutions that fulfill evolving business requirements.
- Seek out new tools and technologies to analyze, troubleshoot, and innovate system performance.
- Participate in rotational on-call schedules for production support, as needed.
📚 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages and syntax (lexical, concrete, abstract).
- Proficiency in relational databases, data modeling, and SQL scripting.
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
