💼 Role Overview: Software Engineer (2023, 2024 Graduates)
📍 Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)
🕒 Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience or recent graduates (2023, 2024)
📱 Tech Stack: Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, Relational Databases

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, enhance, and build highly scalable systems within an agile development environment
• Work on projects ranging from backend development, REST-based APIs, to container-based services
• Contribute to release planning, assign and track team tasks, and ensure timely project delivery
• Perform technical analysis, develop conceptual approaches, and write code adhering to security and Java best practices
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables
• Collaborate with business partners on requirements, design, configuration, and re-engineering
• Design and execute test plans, document defects using bug tracking systems, and report issues

📚 What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant work experience (2023 or 2024 graduates preferred)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is a plus
• Foundational experience in Java (Java 8+), ideally with Spring Boot or microservice frameworks
• Familiarity with event-driven systems or Apache Kafka, and working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and modern developer tooling (Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit/TestNG) and interest in automation or integration-testing frameworks
• Curiosity about generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and a self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
