💼 Role Overview: Software Engineer – Java Backend
📍 Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)
🕒 Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
📌 Tech Stack: Java, J2EE, APIs, Testing, RDBMS, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, CI/CD, NoSQL (Cassandra/Solr)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and distributed components.
- Participate in requirement reviews, functional and technical design documentation.
- Build and execute API and integration tests to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Take part in code reviews, ensuring engineering quality and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate new technologies with proof of concepts (POC) and bring innovation into solutions.
- Ensure predictable delivery of high-quality engineering output within agile sprints.
📚 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (OR 3+ yrs equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in software development (Java Backend).
- Strong background in Java, J2EE, APIs, testing, debugging, and integration.
- Exposure to JavaScript, XML, RDBMS, Unit Testing, Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with Cassandra/Solr/NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, code coverage tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset to collaborate effectively across teams.
