💼 Role Overview: Software Engineer – GenAI
📍 Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Development: Build next-gen solutions using Generative AI, RAG architectures, and conversational AI frameworks.
- API & Integrations: Design APIs and contribute to advanced integration patterns across Visa’s VAS platform.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Deliver reliable, secure, and performant software aligned with client needs and industry standards.
- Engineering Excellence: Implement best practices in performance, scalability, and resilience while reducing technical debt.
- Automation & DevOps: Drive automation in software development, testing, and deployment using Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product, Ops, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Client Support teams.
- AI & NLP Solutions: Apply NLP (tokenization, embeddings, deep-learning-based models) for real-world payment solutions.
- Incident Response: Ensure reliability of services with proactive monitoring, debugging, and problem resolution.
📚 Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (2023/2024 grads).
- Expert programming in Java, Python (C++/C# a plus).
- Proficiency in AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and model deployment.
- Front-end development skills: ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience with large datasets, EDA, feature engineering, model evaluation.
- Systems experience with Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with authentication & security protocols (OAuth2.0, SSO).
- Experience in application security, SSDLC, cryptography fundamentals.
- Previous payments/fintech exposure is a bonus.
