💼 Role Overview: Software Engineer I
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Remote with quarterly visits to Bangalore for a minimum of 2 weeks)

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, review, and maintain software and system architecture for Esko products
- Break down high-level objectives into actionable development tasks and execute them
- Analyze epics and user stories, estimate efforts, and develop plans to meet quality and schedule expectations
- Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with existing patterns and conduct peer code reviews
- Perform unit and integration testing, document APIs, and maintain programming documentation
- Debug complex technical issues and resolve customer escalations
- Provide timely status updates and high-quality deliverables while collaborating with team members, QA, and other departments
- Stay updated on software technologies, tools, and competing products
📚 What You’ll Need
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in Web Development and REST API
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with Esko product knowledge and integrations
- Exposure to Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and design patterns
- Nice to have: Knowledge of React, desktop application development, and automation using JavaScript
- Proficiency in agile tools like JIRA and GitHub, along with strong analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across different technology stacks and a willingness to learn new tools and APIs
