🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, and integrations that impact multiple platforms and products.
- Build modern UIs with Lightning Web Components for an intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering peers and product owners to design innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation efforts.
- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and test automation to ensure reliability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, technologies, and best practices.
- Encourage inner sourcing/collaborative engineering within Amex Tech.
📚 What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of software engineering experience (preferably on Salesforce or CRM platforms).
- Experience with a modern programming language (Apex, Java, C#, Python, Go, etc.).
- Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and agile practices.
- Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
