Job Description:
Paytm Money is seeking a Software Engineer Intern – Android to join their mobile development team. As an Android Developer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-time products, collaborating closely with experienced engineers to build scalable, high-performance mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of Android mobile applications.
- Collaborate with team members in designing, coding, debugging, and testing.
- Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using Java/Kotlin.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
- Assist in debugging and optimizing mobile app performance.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and trends in Android development.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Java or Kotlin, and the Android SDK.
- Familiarity with tools such as Android Studio, XML layouts, and RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Strong enthusiasm to learn and explore mobile app development.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Firebase, SQLite, or third-party libraries.
- Projects on GitHub or published apps on the Play Store.
