As a Software Engineer at Visa, you will join a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. 🔧 Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy new software features and enhancements
- Design and document robust technical components and scalable architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Lead and participate in code and design review sessions
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver business-critical features
- Contribute to Agile development processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Stay updated on emerging tech and propose innovative solutions
- Balance priorities between short-term sprint tasks and long-term strategic goals
📌 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR 0.6–2 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in software development fundamentals and full stack development principles

- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern SDLC tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
