🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Support & Problem Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex production software issues across multiple platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term fixes for recurring issues.
- Manage customer support engagements and ticket resolution.
✅ Software Development & Maintenance
- Develop and enhance internal tools and automation solutions using Python, Ruby, Java, C++, Shell scripting, and other modern languages.
- Configure and maintain software systems across staging and production.
- Implement code fixes, enhancements, and performance optimizations.
✅ System Operations & Monitoring
- Design, build, and implement monitoring solutions to assure reliability and scalability.
- Manage deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS, Unix/Linux systems).
- Generate and maintain reporting dashboards and system health status.
✅ Collaboration & Ownership
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects and operational improvements.
- Contribute to a centralized knowledge base for issue resolution and best practices.
- Own system components, ensure service SLA adherence, and coordinate incident communications.
📚 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of systems development and automation experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Ruby, Go, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience building automation or CI/CD solutions in software/system operations.
