š¼ Role Overview: Trainee Engineer

š§ Key Responsibilities
- ManageĀ Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing lines.
- Resolve and documentĀ quality issuesĀ on the production line.
- Ensure timelyĀ equipment calibration; maintain and review calibration reports.
- ExecuteĀ Verification and Validation (V&V) activitiesĀ related to equipment/processes.
- Prepare and maintainĀ validation, verification, and device history reports.
- SupportĀ equipment installation, ordering, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist withĀ non-conformance material management, problem resolution, and supplier follow-ups.
- PrepareĀ work instructionsĀ and maintain revision records.
- Train manufacturing teams on updated work instructions.
- SupportĀ Lean and KaizenĀ initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- ExecuteĀ EHS compliance activitiesĀ and support safety initiatives.
- Contribute toĀ Poke Yoke projectsĀ to simplify processes and improve operations.
š Qualifications
Required:
- Fresh graduatesĀ (Engineering / Technical disciplines) or up toĀ 1 year of relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- StrongĀ analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability toĀ document, plan, and execute engineering/manufacturing projects.
- Exposure toĀ quality systems, Lean/Kaizen practices, and project management.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively inĀ cross-functional teams.
