Location & Work Arrangement
This internship position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, within our Asia Pacific & Japan region. You’ll collaborate with global teams including senior solution architects, engineering, product, and customer success teams in SentinelOne’s innovative environment.
About This Role
As a Solutions Engineering Intern focusing on AI SIEM & Integrations, you’ll support the evolution of SentinelOne’s AI-powered SIEM platform while gaining hands-on experience in security analytics, product integrations, and real-world AI-driven security use cases. This role offers exceptional exposure to enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions and marketplace ecosystems.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and prototyping integrations for SentinelOne AI SIEM platform with external tools (SOAR, ticketing, threat intelligence, cloud logs)
- Writing and maintaining Python-based scripts and SDKs for custom data ingestion and automation
- Supporting marketplace integration testing and documentation for third-party applications
- Building and visualizing architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and integration schemas
- Participating in proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and testbed environments
- Collaborating on technical use case validation across cross-functional teams
- Documenting API references, data models, and integration patterns
- Researching competitive SIEM solutions and developing feature-comparison insights
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Strong hands-on Python knowledge with scripting, REST API calls, and JSON parsing experience
- Foundational understanding of SIEMs, cybersecurity telemetry, and log ingestion pipelines
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and log formats like Syslog, CloudTrail
- Experience with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio) for architecture visualization
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with marketplace ecosystems (Splunkbase, S1 Singularity Marketplace, Salesforce AppExchange)
- Knowledge of security analytics and threat intelligence concepts
